ABOUT ME

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends. For me, helping someone put together that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

I'm a small town girl now living in the city of Wichita, KS. I'm aka The Stamping Tornado deriving from living in Kansas, The Land of OZ, in other words, tornado alley, However, those who know me personally say the name is fitting for this Grammy of five! My husband and I are both retired Boeing/Spirit Aerosystem employess and now live on a small lake within the city. Other than stamping one of favorite things to do is bask in the sun on the lily pad while our grandchildren play, jet ski, and pontoon around the lake. I've been stamping for nearly 20 years but didn't really start creating my designs until about four years ago. Everyone asks what's my style? I have to say, I try to always think outside the box and make every card clean and straight. One of my passions, or should I say 'VICE' is to shop thrift stores for inspiration. Many times I'll stage my creation along side one of my 'prized items' (haha). Besides the Lord and my family, my greatest love is crafting, sharing the craft, and making new friends. I sincerely have a love for all people (and animals) and geniunely care greatly for those who share lifes experiences with me.
